Petal dust has been made for cake decorating and is edible and is non-toxic.
Petal dust can be used to colour fondant, gum paste and icing or simply mix the petal dust with some rose spirit to paint.
Can add extra dust over once dry to give a Matt finish.
Can be brushed on directly to dry fondant.
